During his time, he has built and led multiple organizations, serving as a Director of Clinical Resources, Director of Clinical Services, as well as founder and CEO. Dusty’s passion for patient care and extensive experience in the field of Radiation Oncology directly aligns with the foundation at RTS – To provide cost-effective patient care that exceeds the national standards.
Brice Hamilton, MS, DABR

Brice brings us over 10 years of Clinical and Physics service experience. During his career, Brice has been Chief Medical Physicist, Director of Physicist Service, and most recently, Director of Clinical Transition and Implementation. With a specialization in safety and efficiency, Brice brings an analytical, yet practical approach to problem solving.
Anne Neugebauer

Anne began her career as a Radiation Therapist and Certified Medical Dosimetrist before evolving into a global leader in healthcare technology and innovation. With over 20 years of experience, she has delivered AI-powered software, SaaS, and medical device solutions across international markets. At Elekta, Anne led global product and engineering operations, including the launch of the world’s first AI-enabled MR-Linac. Her expertise spans commercialization, partner enablement, and scalable innovation—translating complex clinical needs into global solutions that improve patient care.
Alex Plowman, BS, CMD, RT(R)(T)
Chief Business Officer
Alex began his career as a Certified Medical Dosimetrist and Radiation Therapist, where he held positions of increasing responsibility in the Radiation Oncology field. Over the past 18 years, Alex was the Founder and CEO of a Medical Physics and Dosimetry Services company, a Senior United States Director of Dosimetry, as well as Chief Revenue Officer, proving him to be a true growth strategist and an oncology expert.
